**Types of triangles**

- This is Mr. Right, He is the math teacher that specializes in triangles!
- Here are some of the things MR. Right will cover in his class:

Triangles: Classifying triangles by sides. Classifying triangles by angles.

Sides of a triangle:

- There are three side classifications: Scalene, Isosceles and equilateral.

Isosceles triangle: two of the three sides are equal. Two angles are also the same.

Equilateral triangle: All three sides and angles are the same

Scalene: None of the three angles or sides are equal.

- Now let’s move on to angles…
- There are three angle classifications: Acute, obtuse and right.

Acute triangle: All angles are below ninety degrees.

Right triangle: Always has a ninety degree angle.

Obtuse triangle: Has one angle that is greater than ninety degrees.
