Many things happen over and over again in a fixed cycle. For example, a morning news program may have a traffic report every 7 minutes. A train may arrive at a particular station every 12 minutes or a clok may soun every 15 minutes. Can you think of anything else that happens in a fixed cycled?

Thinking about common factors and common multiples can help you solve such problems.

In this unit you will learn what multiples and factors are and how to calculate the Greatest Common Factor (GCF) and the Least Common Multiple (LCM)

Another purpose is to improve your communication skills in English, listening and working written and oral communication.

The unit is splited in two lessons:

1st FACTORS AND MULTIPLES

2nd GREATEST COMMON FACTOR AND LEAST COMMON MULTIPLE

The unit is programmed to carry out the activities in 8 sessions. Each session lasts 1 hour.

You'll be assessed everyday with your daily job and your interest (80%).

Morover, after these sessions you will be assessed by an exam (20%).

Now you can begin with the first lesson:
