We are going to define the lists that will be used in the following activities. Press the Nou button and enter, in Entrades, in separate lines, each of the elements that will make up the list. Add a list of the months of the year. Keep in mind that your LLiurex already has a list of the months in the default language. Make a list of months in the other official language: in Castilian (if your lliurex is in Valencian) or Valencian (if your LLiurex is in Spanish).
To add the next element of the list click in Afegeix.
Finish the list definitions clicking in D'acord
Add these lists:

Save the document using the save button or Archivo | guardar. Never use Save as (archivo | guardar como ) otherwise the previous versions in your document will be lost.Save a version and call it 3.1.1
To use a list, just write an element of the list in a cell and extend it . Libreoffice Calc will fill the nearby cells with the following elements of the list in the order they were defined
Use the lists you have just defined to make this sheet of a family domestic expenditure. At the end, It might look like this:,
To get the columns headers write gener in B3 and extend it to the cell G3. Remember that to extend the contents of a cell you have to drag from the cell extensor

The total of the expenses of January can be calculated writing in B10 the formula = SUM (B4: B8); The rest of the monthly total expenses can be obtained by extending the cell B10 to cell G10.
The total costs corresponding to water will be achieved by the formula = SUM (B4: G4) in I4; the rest can be calculated by extending I4 to I8.
The total expenditure can be obtained with the formula = SUM (B4: G8). Write it in I10

Press the D'acord button
Select the range C4:L4. Select the menu option Full | Emplena les celles | Sèries and set up the following options:
Direction: A la dreta

In C6 write =B4 and format it as bold letter size 14
In c7 extend the list of latin days to I7
In B8 write septimana 1 and extend to B12
The 1th ofjanuary of 2016 was a Tuesday (die martis) . Write 01/01/2016 in G8. If L.O. Calc recognize the date as a number instead of as a date, select all the cells of that month and apply them data format, clicking in the button date or using the menu option FORMATO->CELDAS → tab Números, and selecting a date format as shown below
Extend G8 to the cell in the end of the week, I8. Note: In the next image don't pay attention to the fact that it shows january from 2013
Next week starts in 04/01/2016 In C9 write =I8+1
Save the document using the save button or Archivo | guardar. Never use Save as (archivo | guardar como ) otherwise the previous versions in your document will be lost. Save a version and call it 3.4.2
Extend C9 to I9. This can't work, because J8+1 , K8+8 … are empty cells.
Instead, write in D9 the formula =C9+1 and extend it to I9 .
Select C9:I9 and extend down to the row 12 to complete the month.
Save the document using the save button or Archivo | guardar. Never use Save as (archivo | guardar como ) otherwise the previous versions in your document will be lost. Save a version and call it 3.4.2

Write FEBRUARIUS in C15
According to the January image shown above, the first day of february is going to be a sunday. So write in C17 01/02/2016 and extend it to all the week. Check out that the rest of days of february pdated correctly
Some of the days in the last week will belong to March and shouldn't be in February, You must delete those days
Look at the image above. In a real calendar It should appear only the day and not the whole date (day/month/year). Select the range C8:I12 and click in the menu option format | cel·la | número. Insert DD in the field Códi format. The default format for a date is DD/MM/YYYY , which produces dates as 01/01/2013. Writing DD means we state that we only want to see the day number
